22 CNC machining centres at ±0.1 mm — we ship finished parts, not stock sheet you have to cut again.
Extruding sheet is half of what we do. The other half runs on 22 CNC machining centres that cut, drill, engrave and form to ±0.1 mm.
For an importer this changes the arithmetic. Sheet bought raw has to be cut again at destination, at local labour rates, generating offcuts you paid freight on. Sheet cut to finished size at the factory arrives sellable.
What we offer

- CNC & laser cutting — profiles, cut-outs, holes and engraving from your drawing files.
- Bending & forming — line bending, thermoforming and 3D contour work.
File formats we work from
We read DXF, DWG, STEP, IGES and PDF directly. Send the drawing rather than describing the geometry — it removes an entire round of misunderstanding.
Our quote form accepts files up to 90 MB, so full assemblies do not need splitting. If a dimension is ambiguous or a tolerance looks unachievable, we ask before quoting rather than quoting and revising later.
Minimum order and lead time
This grade ships from 100 m² or 1 tonne — a trial pallet, not a full container. Standard sizes and stock colours run in 7–10 days; non-standard thickness or width in 12–18 days; add 3–7 days for CNC cut-to-size work. Quoted in USD on FOB, CIF or DDP terms.
