What we make
Two material lines, one factory, one MOQ
Polycarbonate and acrylic are extruded and finished under the same roof, so a single order can mix both without a second supplier or a second minimum.
Multiwall polycarbonate
Twin-wall, triple-wall and honeycomb structures for roofing, glazing and greenhouses.
4–20 mm · UV co-extruded one or both faces
Acrylic (PMMA) sheet
Cast and extruded acrylic — also sold as perspex or plexiglass — in clear, opal and colour.

A trial order is 100 m², not a container
Most Chinese sheet mills quote from a full container. We start at 100 m² or 1 tonne — around 350 kg in 3 mm acrylic — so you can test the market, the quality and us before scaling up.

Virgin resin, named suppliers
Polycarbonate granules from Covestro, SABIC and Mitsubishi Chemical. No recycled feedstock in standard production — which is why our sheet holds ≥ 85% light transmission after ten years.

Cut to your finished size, not ours
22 CNC centres at ±0.1 mm let us ship finished parts rather than stock sheet. You skip local sawing, skip the offcut waste, and land a sellable product.

Functional grades as standard, not special order
Flame-retardant, anti-fog, ESD, hard-coated, diffuser and frosted grades all run on our own lines — six functional product families developed in-house, backed by 23 patents.

Tested to EN and ASTM methods
Sheet performs from −40 °C to 120 °C without embrittlement or softening. Impact, weathering and optical properties are checked against our own published standards.

100 mu of factory, seven German extrusion lines
Our site in Jiangsu runs seven imported intelligent extrusion lines and 22 CNC machining centres, producing 20,000 tonnes of sheet a year. A dedicated polycarbonate research institute — six PhDs, 23 core patents — develops the functional grades that ordinary sheet mills buy in.
That vertical integration is the reason we can hold a 100 m² minimum: the same line that runs a 40-tonne order runs your trial pallet.

What is your minimum order quantity?
Our MOQ is 100 m² or 1 tonne, whichever suits your order. For reference, 100 m² of 3 mm acrylic is roughly 350 kg — far below a full container, so distributors can place a trial order without committing to a full-container purchase.
Do you supply polycarbonate and acrylic from the same factory?
Yes. We extrude polycarbonate solid, multiwall, diffuser, frosted, flame-retardant, ESD and hard-coated sheet, and supply cast and extruded acrylic (PMMA) in clear, white opal, frosted and coloured grades. Mixed pallets across both materials are accepted within the same MOQ.
Which raw materials do you use?
Virgin polycarbonate granules sourced from Covestro, SABIC and Mitsubishi Chemical. We do not use recycled or reprocessed feedstock in standard production.
What thickness and sheet sizes can you produce?
Polycarbonate solid sheet from 0.1 mm to 20 mm, in widths of 1220, 1560, 1820 and 2100 mm and a standard length of 2440 mm. Non-standard thicknesses, widths, lengths and colours are made to order.
Can you cut sheets to my finished size before shipping?
Yes. We run 22 CNC machining centres at ±0.1 mm tolerance and can ship cut-to-size parts, so you avoid local secondary processing and offcut waste. Send DXF, DWG, STEP or PDF drawings with your enquiry.
